The revised 2014 model year Toyota Verso is the first Toyota to use a new 1.6-litre D-4D diesel engine sourced from BMW. Replacing the previous 2.0-litre unit, the new 1.6 produces 110bhp and 270Nm of torque.
Toyota is recalling 5,409 UK-registered Yaris and Verso-S models built between November 2010 and March 2012 to rectify a possible fault with the power steering system.
