The Volkswagen Amarok Edition is a limited-run version of the company's pick-up. Based on the Trendline model and limited to just 300 units, it adds £3,400 worth of additional equipment for around £1,400 more.
Volkswagen wowed the crowds at the annual GTI enthusiasts’ meeting on the shores of Lake Wörthersee in Austria with an Amarok Power-Pickup concept featuring a 3.0-litre V6 TDI engine with 272 PS and 600 Nm of torque.
The VW Amarok 163 PS engine has been upgraded to 180 PS, while towing limits have been increased to 3,000kg for manual models. There's also now an option for an eight-speed automatic transmission.
