The Suzuki Ignis has received something of a facelift for 2020, as well as an enhanced mild-hybrid powertrain option.
For the exterior, the Ignis gains a new grille similar to that on the Vitara, plus revised front and rear bumpers with silver lower inserts.
Three new colours are available, too – Caravan Ivory Pearl Metallic (no, really), Rush Yellow Metallic, and Tough Khaki Pearl Metallic.
Inside, there are new trim accents in either gunmetal grey or blue to match the upholstery choices, and a revised instrument cluster with a bolder design.
Under the bonnet, the K12D 1.2-litre Dualjet engine has been updated with a new dual-injection system, electric intake variable valve timing, a variable displacement oil pump and electric piston cooling jets.
The previously available mild-hybrid system has been improved with a larger capacity lithium-ion battery, up by 7Ah to 10Ah.
Lastly, a new CVT option is now available for those who prefer to rest their left leg.
The new 2020 Suzuki Ignis will go on sale in April.
