Seat will continue its “move up a class” offer on selected Ibiza, Leon, Toledo and Alhambra models until the end of the year.
Moving up a class costs the customer nothing, but gives higher equipment levels, and savings of up to £1,000 on the recommended retail price.
For example, buyers of an Ibiza 1.2 S will have their order automatically upgraded to an Ibiza 1.2 SX, saving £500 and gaining extra equipment in the form of climate control, alloy wheels, front fog lights and special SX trim.
Toledo buyers can upgrade a 1.9 TDi SE with 110PS into the faster Toledo TDi SE 130PS, with sports suspension and 6-speed gearbox and a saving of £500.
Moving up in Seat’s 5-door sports hatch means swapping a Leon 1.6 S for a Leon 1.6 SX, a saving of £1,000 on the cost of the SX and gaining climate control, traction control, electric windows, special alloys, alarm, sports seats and upgraded interior trim, among others.
The seven-seat Alhambra 1.9 TDi becomes the six-seat plus electric cool/warm box 1.9 TDi SX and a saving of over £1,000. SX specification also includes two integrated child seats, an extra 15 PS, cruise control and trays on the front seat backs. For times when the extra passenger space is needed, a seventh seat is included which can replace the cool/warm box.
These offers run until 31 December 2004.
