Fiat has announced prices for its new Multipla MPV, which goes on sale here on Saturday 28 August.

Existing SX and ELX designations will be replaced with Dynamic, Dynamic Plus, and Eleganza, in keeping with other Fiat models, thus creating a total of six versions in the new range, which incorporates both diesel and petrol engine options.

The new Multipla retains its six seat layout and boasts an optional 18-litre fridge/hot cupboard, flat floor for ease of loading, up to 1900 litres of interior space, fully removable rear seats with folding backrests, front and rear central seats that fold down to form tables, numerous storage compartments and a minimum of five cup holders.

The Dynamic features body coloured bumpers, stereo radio/CD player, electrically heated and folding door mirrors, electric front windows, electric driver’s seat, immobiliser, remote locking and ABS with EBD.

The Dynamic Plus adds climate control, front foglights, side airbags and an alarm.

The top-spec Eleganza further benefits from reverse parking sensors, steering wheel mounted audio controls, window airbags, alloy wheels and rear electric windows.

Prices start at £13,295 for the Dynamic 1.6 16V, rising to £16,495 for the Eleganza 1.9 JTD.
