Following on from the Ford Mondeo Vignale unveiled last year, the company has today released details of its next model in its new upmarket Vignale sub-brand – the S-Max Vignale Concept.

Externally, the S-Max Vignale features 21-inch alloy wheels, hexagonal front grille, chrome mirrors and unique Milano Grigio paintwork.

The interior makes use of soft-touch quilted leather upholstery, aluminium detailing, and tablet docking stations for second row passengers.

Ford says that 10 to 15 percent of its customers want a higher level of specification and service than is currently available from the company.

The Vignale brand will launch in Europe during 2015 with the arrival of ‘Vignale lounges’ in selected Ford dealerships.  It will be staffed by ‘specially trained’ relationship managers that will guide customers through the purchasing process, with maintenance taken care of through a ‘personalised’ collection and delivery service.

The Mondeo Vignale will arrive next year, with the S-Max Vignale following later.
