What are cookies?

Cookies are tiny text files that are stored on your computer or device by your web browser.  They often contain a unique number so that the website can differentiate one visitor from another.  However, by themselves, they do not allow the website to personally identify you in any way.

You can read more about cookies and how they are used here: allaboutcookies.org

Does this website use cookies?

No, our website doesn’t use cookies.  That’s because our website has no functionality that requires us to differentiate one visitor from the next.

However, Google – our advertising partner – does use cookies.  These are called ‘third party cookies’ because they are under the control of a third party – Google, in this case.

We have no control over these cookies at all.

What if I don’t want to allow Google to use cookies?

You can tell Google not to use cookies by visiting their Ads Settings page here: google.com/ads/preferences

You can also change your browser’s settings to remove or reject cookies, although doing so may cause some aspects of our website to longer function correctly as a result.
