The 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser is available to order now priced from £34,995, with first deliveries due from 1st December 2013.

The 2014 Land Cruiser features revised styling inside and out, plus updated entertainment and off-road technologies.

Toyota’s latest Touch 2 system, which boasts a higher resolution screen and ‘phone-style swipe gestures, is standard across the range.

The system has been updated to include Google Street View destination preview and TomTom Real Time Traffic data.  Both require a subscription, with the first year provided free of charge.

Three grades will be available – Active, Icon and Invincible.  The base Icon model features 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, climate control, rear view camera, cruise control, and keyless entry among other features.

Icon adds 18-inch alloy wheels, electrically adjustable and heated leather seats, electrically adjustable steering wheel, tri-zone climate control, automatic headlights and wipers, Touch 2 with Go satellite navigation and 14 JBL speakers, DAB digital radio, front and rear parking sensors, and Kinetic suspension.

The range-topping Invincible model further adds a leather and wood steering wheel, adaptive suspension, sunroof, rear seat entertainment system, and additional driver aids such as crawl control and trailer stability control.

A £1,360 optional Safety Pack adds adaptive cruise control and pre-crash safety system, while a £1,650 Off-road Pack adds the Invincible’s driver aids to the Icon grade.

Power comes from the same 188bhp 3.0-litre turbo diesel engine as the previous model, mated to a manual transmission on three-door models, and a five-speed auto on the five-door.
