The Peugeot 5008 compact MPV has received a restyle for 2014, bringing it into line with the rest of Peugeot range.

The 5008 now wears the Peugeot family ‘floating’ front grille together with new headlights with integral LED signature.

Two new colours – Rich Oak and Artense Grey – have been added, as has a new 17-inch Anthra Grey alloy wheel design.

A reversing camera is now standard on Allure models and optional on Active, with a front and rear parking aid with space measurement function standard on all but the entry-level Access model.

A head-up display, standard on Allure and optional on Active, shows information such as vehicle speed and distance from the vehicle in front.

The engine range is as before: a 1.6-litre e-HDi diesel with 115bhp, 2.0-litre HDi with 150bhp for manual models or 163bhp for automatic versions, plus two 1.6-litre petrol units with 120bhp or 156bhp.

Prices increase by £200-£350, depending on model, with the Peugeot 5008 range now starting at £18,800.
