Daihatsu has introduced a limited edition version of its Copen roadster.
Called the Vivid and available only in red, it is on sale at dealers across the UK now for £12,995, £500 less than the standard Copen.
The Vivid has the same standard equipment, including the electrically operated hard folding roof, electric windows, a CD tuner, alloy wheels and air-conditioning, but adds around £700 worth of extras.
Unique red paintwork, heated cloth seats, a leather Momo sports steering wheel and a rear tonneau cover, to smooth the gap between the boot and the back seats when the roof is down, are all included.
It’s driven by the same 660cc turbocharged four-cylinder engine towards its 106 mph top speed.
Just 200 Copen Vivids are being made available.
